Charlotte Miles

Working for a utility design and installation company Charlotte initially specialised in coordinating communications with DNO, IDNO’s, IGT’s and councils for the installation and adoption of new assets.

Charlotte then took on the planning and monitoring of gas installation teams, she was responsible for the gas safe register, the STC, client communication and raising all required documentation. She added the electric installation teams to her responsibility and finally moved into a project management role taking control of full MU projects from client acceptance to completion. Her duties included gaining POC’s, designs, planning all work and ensuring the client was kept informed and satisfied at every step.
